Elders scored the soundtrack for Mathijs Vleugels' documentary De Laatste Haven/Lost At Sea, in which the director sought out the truth behind the African imprisonment of his seafaring grandfather. The album is a selection of nine tracks from the music written.

Released as a digital download and on cassette.
The cassette version is limited to 33 hand numbered copies and includes a strip of 8 mm film shot by the late Johannes Vleugels, Mathijs Vleugels' grandfather. The B-side features a recording of the sea, recorded on a Dutch shore, equalling the total length of the tracks on the opposite side.
